I am Dr Djelouadji Belkacem born on 29 March 1964 in Azzaba, Wilaya Skikda, Algeria. I obtained my Doctoral Degree in General Medicine from CHU Constantine in 1990 and practiced in the public health sector between 1990 and 2014. I then moved to private practice in 2014.

I previously trained in diabetology and metabolic diseases with Professor Malek at CHU Saadna Abdenour De Sétif and from 2013 to 2014 I trained post-university with a group at Hospital Avicenne Paris Nord and achieved accreditation in diabetology. I undertook training with Professor Denis Raccah at the Saint Marguerite Hospital in Marseille and training by the American Society of Arterial Hypertension in 2014 on dyslipidaemia. I have received several certificates from the IDF and the European Society of Cardiology. I was President of the Skikda College of the Algerian Society of General Medicine from 2012 to 2016 and former President of the Scientific Council from 2004 to 2008.
